Tampa Microblading Royal Artist Dina Hall, trained in Switzerland by PhiBrows Master Vesna Milo from the world-famous Branko Babic Microblading Academy, is a renowned expert in the field. She is the award winner for Tampa Magazine’s Best of the City for Microblading in 2021 and 2022, and Best of South Tampa for Microblading in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Dina passionately restores and recreates eyebrows with microblading, one client at a time, in Tampa, Florida. Microblading is a technique of micropigmentation using a hand tool for the precise application of individual hair strokes, mimicking the effect of real hairs. A disposable blade comprised of very fine needles deposits pigments into the dermis, creating hyper-realistic results for beautifully shaped eyebrows.
